Dust or grease contamination on the optics or the lamp is at the end of its life. Please check the optics and make sure it is clean and replace old lamp with a new lamp of the specified type and rating.

The incorrect installation of the lamp and dust or grease contamination on the optics may cause this problem. Please make sure the lamp is installed correctly and carefully clean the optical group lenses and the projector components.
The lightings had come to defective projection?
t is possible that the lens is broken and there is dust or grease on lenses. Please check if the lenses are broken and remove dust or grease from the lenses.
Why does the projector not switch on?
There are 2 possible causes: one is the power supply is not present and another is that the lamp doesn’t work. Please check the fuse on the power socket or replace the lamp.
Why does the lamp come on but the projector doesn’t respond to the controller?
t is possible that the wrong DMX configuration and/or start address had been set or DMX cable is defective. Please make sure that the projector is correctly configured or replace or repair the DMX cable.
Why does the projector only function intermittently?
The fan may have failed in this case and please make sure the fan is working and not dirty.
